Legamus Edge LLC
Website terms
Effective
These terms apply to this Legamus Edge website, operated by Legamus Edge LLC. General website content is informational. A paid family engagement is governed by a separately signed client agreement and statement of work.
Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy notice. Provide truthful, authorized information and respect the confidentiality and rights of others. An inquiry does not reserve a place, create account access or begin paid services.
Your family's engagement
The signed statement of work identifies the agreed services, term, fees, payment schedule, deliverables and third-party costs. Services described on the website are included only to the extent agreed there. Cancellation, refunds and transition are governed by the signed client agreement and statement of work, subject to non-waivable rights.
Legamus Edge provides educational and advisory services. It is not a law firm, medical or mental-health provider, investment adviser or tax adviser.
Independent decisions
We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, grades, awards, rankings, publication results, sales, bestseller status, speaking invitations, media placements or any other third-party outcome. Schools, publishers, event organizers and other third parties control their own decisions.
Speaking support concerns communication and preparation. No fee purchases TED or TEDx consideration, selection, participation, stage access or publication. Event organizers independently select speakers under their own rules.
Authorship and acceptable use
Students remain responsible for the truthfulness, authenticity and authorship of their applications and academic work. Guidance may include strategy, coaching and editorial feedback. It does not include fabricating credentials, impersonating a student or submitting materially false information.
Do not upload another person's confidential records without authority, misuse Company content, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access. Restrictions on scraping and reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Ownership
Company names, marks, interfaces, frameworks, software and website content are owned by or licensed to the Company, except for user-supplied content. Users receive only the limited rights needed for personal educational and advisory use of the service.
Students and clients retain ownership of their original materials, subject to agreed processing rights and any separately granted third-party rights. Publishing ownership, royalties and related rights require a specific publishing agreement or statement of work.
Privacy and publicity
Our privacy notice explains how we handle information shared through this website and private inquiries. Engagement-specific data practices and permissions are addressed separately. Identifiable family names, images, testimonials and case details require a separate optional publicity release. Declining publicity does not reduce core services.
Third-party services and availability
Third-party links and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control unrelated sites or independent third-party decisions. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, material violations or legal risk, subject to applicable paid-service agreements and law.
Applicable agreements and law
Massachusetts law governs these website terms, subject to non-waivable consumer protections. The parties will first attempt good-faith informal resolution. If unresolved, jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts unless applicable law requires another forum. A separately signed client agreement controls its own dispute process in a direct conflict.
Nothing in these website terms replaces the risk allocation, remedies or obligations in a signed family engagement, or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
